Job SummaryWe're looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to join the Global Business Services Programs & Strategic Initiatives team. You'll be responsible for coordinating, planning, developing, and implementing moderate to large-scale business projects, as well as readiness initiatives across our US and International offices.
The Global Business Services Programs & Strategic Initiatives team supports strategic, complex initiatives that drive transformation and change. Our goal is to partner effectively across the Enterprise and provide a firm-wide approach to identify, prioritize, and successfully execute a portfolio of initiatives that are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and vision.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of accountability to business sponsors and other parties for planning, day-to-day execution, management, implementation, and reporting of multiple large projects.
- Accountable to manage and monitor project tasks and controls during project planning and delivery activities to ensure on-time and quality goals are met within scope and budget.
- Work with a high degree of autonomy and apply industry-leading project and program management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications, and presentations in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Understand, apply, promote, and contribute to Financial delivery methodologies, standards, and tools; collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and manage global programs including scope, objectives, and develop/monitor KPIs.
- Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Required Experience- 8 years of successfully delivering complex programs/multiple complex projects in parallel, with senior executive visibility.
- Strong track record structuring and solving complex and ambiguous problems and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Experience driving transformation in a global environment.
- Extensive experience developing project plans and roadmaps for highly complex projects/initiatives crossing multiple functions/teams with demonstrated ability to deliver on time, scope, and budget.
Required Skills- Capable of applying knowledge and skill sets to clearly establish expectations and influence key stakeholders to ensure successful business outcomes.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Able to see the "big picture" and prioritize the most valuable insights and build a compelling narrative.
- A strong collaborator who consistently demonstrates a focus on and ability to work as a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to articulate progress, raise concerns, and document actions required in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to build knowledge sharing programs.
- Structured and logical thinker; proactive in behavior, operates with an "at cause" mindset, with a sense of urgency to deliver results.
- Ability to influence, motivate, and engage, with no direct reporting authority.
- Excels in a fast-paced environment with constant shift of priorities and deliverables.
- Ability to work earlier hours to accommodate various time zones (~7am EST).
Preferred SkillsEducation Requirements- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
