Description Develop and execute the global operations strategy in alignment with overall business objectives and long-term growth plans. Lead manufacturing, procurement, and end-to-end supply chain functions across the organization. Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on efficiency, simplification, productivity, and profitability improvements. Establish operational goals, performance metrics, and accountability measures to ensure business objectives are achieved. Improve service levels through enhanced delivery performance, backlog reduction, and capacity optimization. Partner with executive leadership to develop and deliver profitable growth strategies. Champion continuous improvement programs across manufacturing and supply chain operations. Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, human resources, and marketing teams to drive business-wide operational improvements. Identify, implement, and standardize operational best practices across multiple locations. Lead the evaluation and adoption of innovative technologies that improve operational performance and scalability. Oversee complex global projects and strategic operational initiatives. Build, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams that support long-term organizational success. Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. Demonstrated success leading manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and operational improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and process simplification methodologies. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability. Experience leading globally dispersed teams or multi-site manufacturing operations is highly desirable. Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational execution. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated leader with a proactive mindset, strong sense of accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additional language capabilities are considered beneficial.
