Job description

Strategy & Operations Manager
Location: New York City
Compensation: $150,000-$190,000 + substantial equity
Employment: Full-time, On-site Department: Operations
About Revin
At Revin, our mission is to bring super intelligence to the built world. Millions of operators across Home Services, Construction, and Remodeling have been overlooked by the last wave of technology. We believe AI is the most transformational platform change in history, but the hard work lies in thoughtful, context-aware applications of this technology to the real world.
Revin provides operators with an end-to-end system of intelligence to automate and scale revenue. Our modular suite of products includes Scheduling, Appointment Management, Membership Management, Inside Sales, Revenue Capture, Marketing, and Funnel Optimization.
Today, over $2.3B in revenue runs on Revin, making us the number one AI partner for enterprise operators. Our customers include Sears Home Services ($800M), Astara Capital ($700M), Del Air ($150M), Long Home Remodeling ($150M), ImproveIt Remodeling ($100M), Sage Home ($80M), and more. We have raised $10M from top investors including Stellation Capital, 1Sharpe, Gokul Rajaram, Russ Heddleston, Michael Werner, Tandem, Max Branzburg, and Marc Bhargava.
About the Role
We are hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager to work directly with our VP of Operations and help manage, build, and run the company. You will own the operational surface area of Revin: the systems, cadences, and decisions that let a small, ambitious team ship and scale faster than anyone expects.
This is a generalist role. You will move between deal ops, finance, hiring, delivery, and strategy, wherever the company needs an owner and wherever you can add the most value.
Why This Role
The honest pitch: we're giving you the keys to the operational surface area of a company that's about to get much bigger, much faster.
The deal desk is yours. The board model is yours. The hiring machine is yours. The cadences, the playbooks, the SOPs, the dashboards, the systems that decide whether Revin scales gracefully or chaotically, yours. You won't be waiting for someone to tell you what to build. You'll be deciding what needs to exist and then building it.
Most people who take a role like this at a company like this end up running a function, a region, or the whole S&O org within 18-24 months.
General Areas that You Could Own
  • Run the commercial engine - own the deal desk end-to-end: pricing approvals, contract review, order forms, billing handoff, renewals, and CRM integrity. Every dollar that enters or leaves the company flows through a process you design.
  • Build capital strategy and reporting - build the models, dashboards, and board materials leadership runs the business on. Own monthly close support, burn and runway analysis, and forecast accuracy.
  • Help build the team defining this category - drive hiring operations across every function: requisition tracking, interview logistics, offers, and onboarding. Partner with the VP of Operations on org design as we scale the team aggressively.
  • Scale our delivery operation - bring project management rigor to how we onboard customers. Design the systems that let our Forward-Deployed Engineering team go live with enterprise operators faster and with higher quality, without linear headcount growth.
  • Design the operating system of the company - own the cadences, playbooks, and tooling that turn a small team into a force multiplier. Kill recurring manual work. Roll out systems before we feel the pain. Write the SOPs people actually use.
  • Run point on strategic projects - take on the cross-functional initiatives that have no natural home and shape the next chapter of Revin.

Who You Are
  • 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a Business Operations / Chief of Staff role at a high-growth startup
  • Someone with top-tier education in a highly selective and academically rigorous environment and/or experience at top-performing SaaS or AI companies. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • An operator who thinks in systems - you see a manual process and immediately start designing the version that doesn't need a human in the loop
  • Exceptional with numbers - you can build a financial model from scratch, defend every assumption in it, and present it to a board without flinching
  • A bias toward action. You ship a rough v1, learn from it, and iterate, rather than wait for permission or the perfect process.
  • A customer-obsessed go-getter who wants to be close to the product and close to our operators
  • An ambitious builder who wants to help build a generational company

Don't Work Here If
  • You wait for instructions instead of taking initiative
  • You want a safe, predictable 9-5. Expect 50+ hour work weeks. We are looking for fanatics who do not turn off. We are constantly chasing excellence, if that is not your goal, please do not apply.
  • You are not excited about being part of a team applying AI into the built world. There will be no playbook, if you want a well-trodden path, this is not the role for you.
  • You need a narrow job description. This role is intentionally broad. If you want to go deep in one function forever, this is the wrong seat.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary: $150,000-$190,000
  • Equity: Substantial equity package
  • Full-time, on-site role in New York
  • Significant upside through early ownership and career growth

Benefits
  • Unlimited PTO
  • $0 cost medical
  • 401k matching
  • Lunch and dinner in office
  • Gym membership stipend
  • Clear Travel Pass
  • Tech equipment
  • Mentorship pairing with a Revin advisor/investor to help you grow
  • Relocation assistance
