- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to payroll staff and vendor partners, ensuring performance metrics and service-level agreements are met.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and external service providers to resolve issues, implement changes, and ensure accurate payroll delivery.
- Monitor and benchmark payroll practices, driving innovation and best-practice standards across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience managing complex, multi-state payroll operations with expertise in payroll and tax laws.

- Proven leadership in directing diverse teams, driving continuous improvement, and managing vendors in high-volume transactional environments.
- Strong background with payroll/finance systems such as SAP and Workday, along with project management and compliance oversight.
