- Compensation & Incentives:
$28.29 per hour/$57,004 annually and $34.74 per hour/$70,001 annually - Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends.
- Bonuses: $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates.

- Accrue Paid Time Off immediately, plus 13 paid holidays annually (8 fixed, 5 floating).

How You'll Make a Difference
- Claims Processing: Efficiently and accurately handle insurance claims, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Customer Interaction: Manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, collect statements from involved parties, and assist in the process of getting our customers back on the road.
- Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations to determine the extent of coverage and assess any potential fraud.
- Meaningful Impact: Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Experience & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant customer service and/or transaction processing experience.
- Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
- Core Skills:
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
- Availability:
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
