Job description

Job Summary:
Custom Truck One Source is a leader in specialized trucks and heavy equipment solutions, offering a wide range of services including sales, rentals, and aftermarket parts. The Technical Publication Specialist will be responsible for managing and improving the company’s technical publications to ensure clear communication both internally and with customers.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with internal and functional teams, to support product documentation
• Work closely with engineering to understand changes and how implementation should be accomplished to ensure part changes are depicted in manuals as needed
• Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
• Work in fast-paced environment, juggling projects, handling multiple issues at once
• Performing detail-oriented work requiring high levels of accuracy
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with a customer service focus with all levels of employees
• Strong desire to learn
Preferred:
• Education - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year College or university preferred and/or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field
• Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations.
• Experience and understanding of heavy trucks and heavy equipment is a plus
