What You'll Do as a Full Stack Software Engineer

  • Design full-stack applications that power our internal platform across backend services, web applications, and mobile experiences.
  • Develop scalable backend solutions using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and PostgreSQL to support our growing business needs.
  • Build responsive React web applications and contribute to React Native mobile features that help our care teams work more efficiently.
  • Collaborate with product users and stakeholders to understand real-world challenges and translate them into practical, high-quality software solutions.
  • Implement new features from concept through deployment while writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and continuously improve the reliability and scalability of our platform.
  • Deploy and support applications within AWS while contributing to architecture decisions that strengthen our technology foundation.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver innovative technology that improves the care experience for our employees and the seniors we serve.


Our Ideal Full Stack Software Engineer

  • Experienced: Bring 3+ years of professional software development experience with strong expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, AWS, and service-oriented or microservice architectures.
  • Technical: Have experience designing APIs or distributed systems, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and building modern frontend applications with React while contributing to React Native mobile applications.
  • Educated: Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience. An AWS certification is a plus.
  • Solution-Oriented: Enjoy solving complex technical challenges, communicating effectively with teammates and stakeholders, and building reliable, maintainable software that delivers real business value.
