The Customer Service Advisor engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As an Automotive Customer Service Advisor, you'll:

  • Coordinates resolutions to customer vehicle issues, dealership complaints, warranty policies, and more.

  • Corresponds to customer inquiries from inbound inquiries, emails and mail

  • Provides campaign information to customers and documents according to Consumer Affairs policies

  • Documents customer inquiries received from customer correspondence and corporate surveys; updates consumer affairs case files with appropriate documentation

  • Acts as a liaison between National Consumer Affairs and the Regional Office regarding Consumer Affairs related issues

  • Deliver expert customer experiences...with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Automotive Customer Service Advisor role include:

  • Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service, with advanced roles available for applicants with 2-3 years' experience in Customer Service with Case Management

  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers.

  • A passion for the automotive industry with a propensity for problem-solving.

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team, demonstrating patience and professionalism.

  • Flexibility to rotate shifts as needed with prior notice.

  • Dependable with proficient attention to detail while being able to focused and multi-task efficiency.

  • Demonstrate patience while maintaining a pleasant and professional manner.

  • Proficiency in fast-paced environments
