What We Are Looking Forย
We are seeking a senior-level Project Manager whoย operatesย as a strategic business leader with full accountability for end-to-end delivery of large-scale horizontal construction and disaster recovery projects. This role goes beyond execution, requiring ownership from project initiation and mobilization through financial closeout, ensuring successful outcomes across operations, financial performance, client satisfaction, and risk management.ย
The ideal candidate brings deepย expertiseย in construction (e.g., site work, infrastructure, debris management, environmental and civil projects) and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-site programs concurrently. This individual will lead Superintendents and cross-functional teams whileย maintainingย direct accountability for project P&L, forecasting accuracy, and margin performance.ย
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring the ability toย operateย at both the executive and field levelsโtranslating contract requirements into actionable plans, influencing stakeholders, and driving results in dynamic, high-pressure environments.ย
What You Will Doย
Oversee large-scale construction and disaster recovery projects, ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, and costย
Manage Blue Roof operations during disaster response, overseeing high-volume production, subcontractor crews, safety, cost control, and compliance with USACE/FEMA requirements
Lead logistics and readiness planning for Blue Roof programs, including materials staging, vendor coordination, and rapid deployment across complex environments (CONUS and island operations)
Maintain full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and margin optimizationย
Serve as the primary client interface, including government agencies, ensuring performance, reporting, and relationship managementย
Ensure compliance with contract terms, FEMA guidelines, regulatory requirements, and safety standardsย ย ย
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks across operational, financial, and contractual dimensionsย ย
Lead project closeout activities, including financial reconciliation, lessons learned, and performance evaluationย
Required Qualificationsย
12+ years of progressive experience in construction, infrastructure, disaster recovery, or related industriesย
Demonstrated success with full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin accountabilityย
Preferred Qualificationsย
Physical Requirements and Environmentย
