    Our sponsorship program includes:

    • Paid tuition for an approved skilled trades program
    • Books, required fees, and tools provided
    • Paid summer internships with competitive hourly pay
    • Hands-on experience working alongside experienced technicians, welders, machinists, fabricators, and engineers
    • Personalized mentorship throughout school and internships

    You'll have the opportunity to:

    • Work alongside experienced professionals building, repairing, troubleshooting, and testing custom equipment and specialized machinery.
    • Assist with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, machining, fabrication, or welding projects depending on your field of study.
    • Learn industry-leading manufacturing, diagnostic, and repair techniques.

    • Plan to enroll, or are currently enrolled, in an approved Diesel Technology, Welding, Machining, Construction Equipment, Agricultural Equipment, or related skilled trades program.
    • Have strong mechanical aptitude demonstrated through school, hobbies, work experience, or personal projects.
    • Enjoy solving problems and working with your hands.
    • Work well independently and as part of a team.
    • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
    • Have a strong attendance record and positive attitude.
    • Are committed to maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
    • Have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
    • Intend to pursue a long-term career with Ceres after graduation.

    • Follow all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
    • Make satisfactory progress toward graduation while actively participating in internship opportunities.
