Job description

CBTS is in search of a IT - Cost Management Partner for an immediate need.  

IT Cost Management 
Serve as a key financial partner to senior IT leadership, delivering actionable analysis that drives cost accountability, informed decision-making, and stronger financial performance across the technology organization.
What You''ll Do

  • Build and analyze comprehensive financial views across spend categories, including total cost of ownership and investment trade-offs
  • Facilitate recurring financial reviews with senior leaders, surfacing spend patterns, variances, and strategic impacts
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities; communicate their influence on reinvestment capacity and strategic flexibility
  • Partner with FinOps leads to understand cloud cost drivers and uncover savings opportunities
  • Adapt financial storytelling for varied audiences — detailed for operators, executive-ready for leadership
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data used in reporting and strategy development

What You Bring

  • Bachelor''s in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 7+ years in accounting or finance, including 2+ years in strategic cost management
  • Advanced Excel skills; SAP Finance and BI tool experience preferred
  • Strong financial modeling and budgeting/forecasting expertise
  • Proven ability to advise senior leaders through clear, concise financial narratives
  • Healthcare or managed care experience a plus
