Following Caliber’s recruiting processes, systems, and legal requirements, this position networks, sources, and drives applicant generation through targeted outreach and advertising while maintaining alignment with Caliber standards.## Essential Job ResponsibilitiesDevelops and Executes Strategic Recruiting Plans:* Communicates regularly with Talent Acquisition Managers regarding KPI alignment and achievement, recruitment process updates and changes, and internal customer alignment. The Recruitment, Marketing, and Engagement Partner supports recruiting efforts across assigned markets by executing recruitment marketing, sourcing, and candidate engagement activities. Following Caliber’s recruiting processes, systems, and legal requirements, this position networks, sources, and drives applicant generation through targeted outreach and advertising while maintaining alignment with Caliber standards.* Proactively communicates regularly with Talent Acquisition Advisors, direct management, and operational leadership to review staffing strategy, providing recommendations, and understanding recruiting needs.
