Job Summary
The One Stop Shop Assistant is part of Enrollment Communication Services within the division of Enrollment Management Services. This role provides frontline customer service to current and prospective students, parents, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities also include delivering level-one support related to financial aid, registration, student records, and admission data.
The One Stop Shop Assistant plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment with the expectation of continuous improvement and first-class customer service. This position participates in divisional activities as a member of the Enrollment Management Services Division. Collaborative and team-oriented skills with a commitment to student success are essential attributes for the individual in this position.
Responsibilities
  • Maximizes and supports the daily functions of the front desk to ensure customers (including prospective students, current students, parents, faculty, staff and other constituents) receive information regarding financial aid, registration, student records and admission data
  • Provides face-to-face customer service to all internal and external customers, ensuring problems are resolved in an efficient and effective manner
  • Ensures documents received from customers are accounted for, using established procedures
  • Participates in projects that support Enrollment Communication Services and Enrollment Management Services goals
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • High School or GED

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ yr of customer service experience
  • Experience with Banner and Recruit
  • Experience with, and proficiency in the use of, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingual in Spanish

Proposed Salary
33,280 - 35,300
Salary offer will be dependent on candidate's experience and qualifications, internal equity considerations, budget availability, and salary administration guidelines.
