This role is built for a truehunter-a sales professional who thrives onidentifying, creating, and closingnet-new business opportunitieswithin large enterprise accounts. You will lead front-end market development and strategic prospecting efforts across dynamic industries includingHealthcare, Insurance, Utilities, and Telecom, with an immediate emphasis onHealthcare andP&CInsurance.

WhatYou'llDo

  • Drive net-new business acquisition:Own a hunter-led sales approach focused onidentifying, targeting, and winning new strategic enterprise clients and revenue opportunities.

  • Originate new opportunities:Proactively build and develop a qualified pipeline through strategic prospecting, market outreach, industry engagement, executive networking, and targeted account penetration.

  • Build C-suite relationships:Establishcredibility and trusted partnerships with senior decision-makers, including C-level and business-unit leaders, to uncover needs and position Broadridge's value.

  • Lead complex sales cycles:Manage the full enterprise sales process from opportunity creation and qualification through solution development, proposal strategy, negotiation, and close.

  • Expand strategic market presence:Identifywhitespace opportunities within target verticals and convert market insight into actionable business development strategies.

  • Act as a market-facing leader:Represent Broadridge at conferences, executive meetings, and industry events to generate awareness, build relationships, and source new opportunities.

  • Partner cross-functionally to win:Collaborate closely with internal sales, product, marketing, operations, and service teams to shape compelling solutions and differentiated proposals.

  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline:Driveaccurateforecasting, account planning, CRM hygiene, and opportunity tracking to ensure visibility, momentum, and accountability against growth targets.

  • Deliver revenue results:Consistently achieve and exceed quota through disciplined execution, high activity, and strong conversion across the sales funnel.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of success in enterprise B2B sales, with a strong emphasis onnew business development, prospecting, and hunter-style acquisition.

  • Demonstratedtrack recordoforiginating and closing net-new logo businessand buildingpipelinein complex, competitive markets.

  • Proven ability to selltechnology-enabled solutions and servicesto executive-level buyers in large enterprise environments.

  • Strong experience leadingcomplex, multi-stakeholder, multi-year sales cyclesand negotiating enterprise-level agreements.

  • A history ofmeeting or exceeding quotathrough self-generated opportunities, disciplined pipeline management, and consultative selling.

  • Ability to engage and influenceC-suite executives, frame business value, and align solutions to strategic, financial, and operational priorities.

  • Strong market curiosity and commercial acumen, with the ability toidentifyunmet client needs and translate them into actionable sales opportunities.

  • Excellent executive presence, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • ProficiencywithCRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales engagement tools.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $140,000.00- $165,000.00 USD.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
