Job description

Job Summary:

The Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support throughout the recruiting process. This role will partner with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a smooth and organized candidate experience, while managing scheduling, candidate communications, and recruiting-related systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting records
  • Support job postings and applicant tracking activities
  • Manage candidate activity within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist with interview preparation and follow-up
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams on recruiting logistics
  • Track candidate progress and provide status updates
  • Support onboarding and other administrative recruiting activities as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative experience
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters and internal stakeholders
