Job Description:

• We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of new logo acquisition, consultative selling, and revenue generation within the IT/Technology services industry.

• Identify and target new clients and business opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive hunting and networking.
• Develop relationships with CXO and senior-level decision-makers.
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Understand client needs and position relevant IT services and solutions.
• Achieve and exceed revenue and new client acquisition targets.

• 5+ years of experience in B2B/IT services sales or business development.
• Proven hunter profile with strong new logo acquisition experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of technology services and solution selling.
