Salary Range: $300K-$400K/Annum
Job Description:

• We are seeking an accomplished Managing Director - Sales to drive strategic growth across Banking and Payments clients.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of hunting and farming experience, deep industry relationships, and a proven track record of selling consulting, digital transformation, and technology services to Tier-1 banks, financial institutions, payment processors, and fintech organizations.
• This executive will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, expanding existing accounts, acquiring new logos, and leading large, complex deal pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Business Development:

• Drive new business acquisition and account expansion across Banking, Payments, Cards, and FinTech sectors.
• Build and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop C-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Payments, Digital Banking leaders, and business executives.
• Identify, qualify, and close large transformation opportunities involving cloud, data, AI, digital engineering, and managed services.
• Lead end-to-end deal cycles from opportunity identification through contract negotiations and closure.

Account Management & Client Engagement:

• Grow and manage strategic accounts through a farming approach while continually adding new logos.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding business priorities and industry trends.
• Drive customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with delivery, solutioning, and practice teams to ensure successful engagement execution.

Market & Industry Leadership:

• Maintain deep understanding of Banking and Payments industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
• Develop relationships with ecosystem partners and technology vendors.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and client events.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to leadership.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Partner with delivery, pre-sales, and practice leaders to develop compelling solutions.
• Mentor and guide sales teams in large account management and strategic pursuits.
• Contribute to annual business planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of enterprise sales experience with at least 8 years focused on Banking, Payments, Cards, or Financial Services.
• Proven experience selling IT services, consulting, digital transformation, or managed services.
• Strong hunting and farming capabilities with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Established relationships with major banks, payment processors, card networks, and fintech companies.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar deals and complex sales cycles.
• Excellent executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
