Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in downtown Columbus, OH. This role supports a busy legal services environment and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on office support, high-volume document production, mail handling, and direct customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-volume copy, print, and scan equipment while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion of requests.
- Assemble binders, prepare flash drives, and support document production needs for legal and corporate teams.
- Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and internal deliveries.
- Set up conference rooms, maintain office hospitality areas, and stock snacks and supplies as needed.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance, including clearing paper jams, checking output quality, and monitoring supply inventory.
- Provide professional, responsive customer service to internal teams, visitors, and onsite contacts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $21 per hour.
