Growing and dynamic Non-Profit organization is looking to hire Front Desk Receptionist's - Bilingual Spanish
**Company ideally is looking for individuals who have worked in the following areas: Social Services, Non-Profit, Healthcare Medical, Community Programs, Family Programs, Youth Programs, Housing Programs, Mental Health Programs, In Home Services, Substance Abuse Programs, Homeless Programs, Residential Care and Group Homes, Individual and Family Services, Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Outpatient Care Centers, Homeless Services and Shelters, Community Action & Advocacy, Public Health and Preventive Services OR similar industries***
REQUIREMENTS:
•Bilingual Spanish (verbal and written).
•High school diploma or GED required, Associate or Bachelor degree is a plus.
•Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or clerical administrative support role.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle high call volumes, triage inquiries, and engage with diverse stakeholders.
•Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and multi-line phone systems.
•Ability to interact with the public—including clients, volunteers, and donors—with patience, cultural awareness, and compassion.
JOB DUTIES:
•Acts as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and community partners.
•Manage multiple tasks, screen visitors, and maintain a tidy and secure reception area
•Front Office Management: Greeting guests, signing in visitors, and directing them to the correct staff member or office.
•Communications: Screening, answering, and forwarding incoming calls.
•Customer Service: Answering general inquiries regarding services provided by the company and assisting staff members as needed.
Facility Maintenance: Ensuring waiting room areas remain tidy, safe, and presentable.
Clerical Tasks: Handling various administrative and miscellaneous office duties.
