What we're looking for in a HVAC Service Technician

A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems is required, along with proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively interacting with customers and team members, while excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities will enable you to promptly address HVAC system issues.
