Job description

The Global Sales Enablement, Pricing & Transformation (SPT) team plays a critical role in achieving these objectives by enabling data-driven decisions, delivering strategic insights, and leading initiatives that improve business performance. 

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Sales Performance to join the SPT team and support the US Small, Medium, and Large Enterprises (US SME) B2B Sales & Solutions organization. 

How will you make an impact in this role? 

Reporting to the Director, Sales Enablement, Pricing & Transformation, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Incentive Governance, and Enterprise Digital & Analytics to deliver strategic analyses, lead cross-functional initiatives, and support business priorities that drive growth. 

This role combines strategy, analytics, and execution. You will lead special projects and key business initiatives from concept through implementation, balancing business growth with colleague experience. You'll also define and measure success through meaningful performance metrics, providing insights that help leaders make informed business decisions.

  • Strategic, big-picture thinker with strong business acumen and creativity in identifying opportunities across products, services, processes, and systems.

  • Strong working knowledge of SQL/Hive, Excel, Tableau, Python, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree. 
  • 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience. 
  • Experience supporting B2B products. 
  • Experience using GenAI tools in a business environment.

  • Lead strategic initiatives that support revenue growth and improve sales performance across the B2B Sales & Solutions organization. 
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute business initiatives from concept through rollout. 
  • Champion data-driven decision making by delivering actionable insights and recommendations that support business strategy. 
  • Analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to address opportunities and challenges. 
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure business impact and monitor strategic initiatives. 
  • Develop annual sales goals and incentive changes, partnering with key stakeholders to support implementation and communication. 
  • Build strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Incentive Governance, and Enterprise Digital & Analytics to drive alignment and execution. 
  • Lead special projects and run-the-business initiatives while effectively managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Adapt quickly to changing business needs and identify innovative solutions that support organizational goals.
