Job description

Canidium is a leader in Sales Performance Management and Incentive Compensations Management. Canidium's Insurance & FinServ Practice partners with mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies to provide the expertise for selecting and implementing industry leading distribution management software for producer onboarding, commissions, reporting and portals.

Insurance Analysts and Consultants gather customer requirements and implement SAP Agent Performance Management (APM) cloud software for insurance and financial services customers.

Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to analyze, problem solve and configure cloud software solutions

  • Professional organizational skills including ability to work remotely and on multiple projects at once

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A commitment to customer success

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • BS in Accounting, Finance, Math, Business, Computer Information Systems or Computer Science or similar related degree

  • 3+ years of experience implementing and/or maintaining enterprise SaaS software

  • Daily use of SQL and a scripting language such as Groovy, Python or JavaScript

  • Ability to contribute to a high growth, team-oriented environment

  • Can work independently and meet deadlines

  • Experience in a customer facing role

Canidium will provide training and coaching to successful candidates to fulfill the following job responsibilities:

  • Participate and lead customer discovery and technical discussions

  • Discover and document detailed customer requirements for implementation projects

  • Deep expertise to implement SAP APM and AgentSync in insurance and financial services

  • Strong understanding of producer information and source data systems for policies, membership, and premium

  • Expertise in commission and bonus plans used with agents, agencies, advisors and brokers

  • Strong working knowledge of agent and advisor onboarding and compliance

  • Implement and maintain commission plans and operations workflows

  • Develop and execute system and user acceptance test plans

  • Continuing development of SQL, scripting, SAP APM configuration and testing skills

  • Expertise implementing Salesforce platform including Flows and integrations

Compensation and benefits: These positions have a salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 depending on skills and experience, and are eligible to participate in our bonus program. We offer comprehensive benefits packages including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K) to eligible employees.
