Job description

ADP is hiring anHCM Business Intelligence Analyst for a exciting, new role within its HR Outsourcing (HRO) organization. Based on a strong level of knowledge of ADP products,this position participates as a key contributor in the support of ADP's Comprehensive Services clients.Scope of Work includescollection, cleaning, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights, creating reports and visualizations to guide business strategies.Assigned projects are of a relatively high level of complexity and require in-depth knowledge of a variety of ADP products including Payroll/HR/TLM.

Effective communication skills are required since this position serves as a liaison between ADP Comprehensive Services Relationship Managers and their clients in order to analyze client business requirements, participate in the development of project plans and implement programs and products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop BI visualizations and actionable insights presentations based on client business priorities
  • Interact with key Client and ADP stakeholders to understand requirements and business information
  • Adhere to BI standards of excellence to establish the trusted ADP brand
  • Coach and support ADP stakeholders towards excellence in BI best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and story-telling skills with ability to present simply to non-technical audiences in a simple and easy to understand way
  • Manage priorities independently from start to finish
  • Feel very comfortable operating in ambiguity in a fast-paced, fail-fast environment
  • Strong analytical mindset where details matter and the big picture is the guide

Required QUALIFICATIONS:Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Minimum 6 years experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics
  • Client Focus: Understands the perspective of the client and takes action to integrate their needs.
  • Collection, cleaning, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights, creating reports and dashboards to guide business strategies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Tech or related field, or equivalent in education and experience
  • Strong data presentation and visualization skills; experience and formal training with data visualization (e.g., advanced proficiency in Tableau or Power BI)
  • Advance proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Strong analysis and pattern recognition skills, as well as synthesis skills, to be able to streamline work
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and creating insights from data
  • Strong expertise with business strategy and supporting organizations making data-driven decisions
  • Advanced skills creating insights from data and automating data processes
  • Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint to create compelling stories through insights
  • Results Oriented: Works to achieve the highest levels of personal and organizational performance in order to exceed business goals.
  • Project Management: Experience involving projects with varying levels of complexity.
  • Communication Skills: Wide Experience; Resolves Complex Issues

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience

Preferred QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in analytics or similar field
  • Technical domain expert level knowledge in all ADP Workforce Now including AutoPay/Payroll platforms and in-depth understanding of the TLM suite.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel highly preferred
  • Consulting experience from MBB/Big 4 or Fortune 500 experience
  • Change management and large-scale transformation experience
  • Experience building out an analytics function at another organization
  • Experience working in the HR technology industry preferred
