Job description

Creative X is a global, integrated creative agency that drives the creative vision for our brands and how they are perceived in the world. We develop the vision for next-generation creative advertising, consumer brand content and experiences for Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and our hardware products.The ideal candidate will be an experienced audio/visual storyteller who can work in a mobile-first environment and be an effective collaborative partner. This role merges traditional editorial skills with technical understanding of AI tools and content generation workflows. You should be able to work independently from a brief, prioritize tasks, track essential details, and deliverables across multiple projects.
Video Editor, Creative X Responsibilities:
  • Edit marketing assets and social video content across our Family of Apps
  • Prompt engineering and optimization: Craft, test, and refine effective prompts to generate high-quality static and video content from AI models
  • Design and motion graphics for (but not limited to) titles, end cards, branding elements, lower thirds
  • Create and maintain editorial style guides and standards specifically for AI-generated content
  • Ensure digital assets are delivered on time in line with the expected creative quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with AI developers, subject matter experts, and marketing teams to improve AI output and ensure that the content aligns with strategic goals and that project goals are achieved
  • Stay current with rapidly evolving Gen AI tools & model releases to inform team workflows
  • Share learnings from each project with creative and production teams

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of editing experience on video marketing assets and social video content
  • Strong Technical fluency in Weavy, LTX studio, Runway, and Adobe AI integrations
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere and working knowledge of After Effects & Figma
  • Excellent knowledge of current industry-standard audio/video formats and codecs
  • Experience with digital content management systems, digital workflows with a deep understanding of how to organize and manage content
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to evaluate and improve ambiguous or imperfect AI outputs
  • Ability to prioritize competing projects based on impact, deadlines, and stakeholder needs in an evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience developing or stewarding brand voice and tone guidelines across a global portfolio of marketing content
  • Experience working within a large-scale in-house creative agency or integrated marketing organization supporting consumer technology or social media platforms
  • Experience integrating AI and generative AI tools into editorial and content production workflows
