Job description

FULL-TIME EXPERIENCED TILE SETTER / TILE INSTALLER
Whidbey Island | $35+/hr DOE | Full-Time

We are looking for a highly skilled, dependable Tile Setter to join our growing team. We take pride in delivering high-end craftsmanship and are seeking an experienced installer who values quality work, professionalism, and attention to detail.

This position is ideal for a tile professional who is confident in all phases of tile installation — from prep and waterproofing to layout and finish work — and who can consistently produce clean, accurate, high-quality results.

Our projects focus heavily on high-end residential work, where quality and craftsmanship matter. We prioritize doing the job right and maintaining a professional standard on every project.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with residential and/or commercial tile installation, including traditional mud pans, waterproofing systems, floor prep, layouts, and finish work. Applicants should be comfortable working independently, maintaining organized and safe job sites, and consistently delivering professional-level craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:
• Measure, cut, and install tile accurately and efficiently
• Prepare surfaces and ensure proper layout and installation methods
• Install floors, walls, showers, backsplashes, and other tile applications
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate effectively with project managers and team members
• Complete projects on schedule without sacrificing quality

Compensation & Benefits:
• $35.00/hour and up depending on experience and qualifications
• PTO, vacation, and holiday pay
• 401(k)
• Company vehicle or gas allowance

Work Environment:
Projects include both existing and new residential/commercial work throughout the Whidbey Island area. Travel is typically local and during normal business hours.

How to Apply:
Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your tile installation experience and qualifications.
