Customer Service Representative

Our Mission

To craft authentic streetwear built on respect, loyalty, and trust for the culture.

Our Vision

To be the global leader in streetwear essentials, driven by unfiltered authenticity, timeless silhouettes, and relentless innovation.

About Shaka Wear

Founded in South Los Angeles in 2004, Shaka Wear is a premium streetwear essential brand built on authenticity, quality, and culture. From our world-famous heavyweight tees to our growing collection of streetwear staples, we don't just make clothing—we make a statement.

Rooted in the spirit of LA and inspired by the culture that shaped us, we believe true style starts with the essentials. As Shaka Wear continues to grow, we're looking for talented, motivated people who want to be part of that journey and help take the brand to the next level.

If you're passionate about creating great customer experiences, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a brand with a strong identity and a big vision, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be an important part of the Shaka Wear experience. You'll be one of the key connections between our customers and our brand—helping customers find solutions, answering questions, managing orders, and making sure every interaction reflects the quality and authenticity we stand for.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, solution-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people. The right person will be comfortable moving quickly, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of customer needs from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role in which your work will have a direct impact on our customers and our business.

Objectives of the Role

  • Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Listen carefully to customers, understand their needs, and provide thoughtful, effective solutions.
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships through clear, responsive, and engaging communication.
  • Provide accurate and complete product, order, and service information.
  • Work toward individual and team customer service and sales goals.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset.
  • Follow up consistently to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.
  • Process customer accounts, orders, invoices, and related documentation accurately.
  • Print shipping labels and assist with order fulfillment as needed.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Use established communication procedures, systems, and company guidelines.
  • Look for opportunities to go above and beyond and create a customer experience that customers remember.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Have 1-2 years of previous customer service, customer support, or client service experience.
  • Are confident communicating with customers over the phone.
  • Have experience using CRM systems (Gorgias, Odoo, etc..).
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently.
  • Stay organized while managing multiple customers, orders, and priorities.
  • Are dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments.
  • Have basic computer skills and are comfortable learning new systems.
  • Have previous experience printing labels, creating invoices, and/or supporting order fulfillment.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be Bilingual (Multilingual a plus.)
