About the Role

Shaka Wear is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Marketplace FBA Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will prepare apparel orders for fulfillment through major online marketplaces, including Amazon, TikTok Shop, and various marketplaces. The ideal candidate is organized, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality shipments.

Objectives of the Role

  • Pick and pull products accurately based on work orders and marketplace requirements.
  • Fold garments neatly according to company presentation standards.
  • Bag and package apparel for marketplace fulfillment.
  • Apply labels/barcodes labels accurately to meet marketplace compliance standards.
  • Prepare shipments for Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, and other marketplace partners.
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Assist with inventory organization, restocking, and cycle counts as needed.
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals while following company procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is required.
  • Experience with Amazon FBA or marketplace fulfillment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday through Friday (overtime may be available during peak seasons)
