About GUAPI

  • Improving systems between Shopify, 3PL, and internal workflows
  • Inefficient handling of preorders vs available inventory

3. Revenue Execution Support

  • Ensure growth initiatives actually translate into:
    • revenue
    • sell-through
  • Align:
    • marketing
    • wholesale

  • Support better product drop planning (avoid cannibalization)

4. Team Management & Accountability

  • Introduce clear KPIs across all teams
  • Manage remote global team
  • Hold departments accountable for:
    • execution
    • performance
    • timelines
  • Maintain consistent quality across all departments every day.

5. Scaling Infrastructure

  • Build the internal structure required to scale from:
    • $12M $30M+ revenue
  • Define org structure (who to hire, when, and why)
  • Reduce founder dependency in operations

6. Financial & Reporting Readiness

  • Work closely with accounting to:
    • ensure accurate monthly P&L
    • improve inventory-based COGS tracking
  • Build investor-ready reporting
  • Prepare the company for:
    • due diligence
    • potential sale or fundraising

Ideal Candidate

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation (base + performance bonus)
  • High ownership and decision-making power
  • Direct collaboration with founder & leadership
  • Opportunity to structure and scale a global brand
  • Potential long-term upside tied to company growth
