Job Summary

We are seeking an elite, highly personal, and operationally fearless Traveling Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive lifestyle protection and operational support to our Founder, Nikolas Hake.

This is an intense, immersive, non-standard position requiring full-time logistical oversight and seamless personal integration into the Founder's daily life.This role features an immediate, on-the-road working trial phase. All incoming candidates will be onboarded and compensated at our standard Executive Assistant pay tier for the initial trial duration. The top-performing assistant who demonstrates the highest loyalty, capability, and natural personal chemistry will be accelerated onto our executive Chief of Staff track, triggering a transition to the executive base salary and full lifestyle perks package.

For the first two years, you will operate live on the road for "The Rumors Are True World Tour" and the "No Ruyles World Tour". Effective July 2028, this position transitions into a long-term, live-in executive residency based out of our primary corporate estate in Michigan, featuring seasonal multi-state and international rotations. You will act as the operational boss in the Founder's absence, integrate closely into the Founder's personal social circle, and manage the firm's decentralized team of Executive Assistants.

Key Responsibilities & Lifestyle Expectations

• Operational Command: Act as the central point of command during rapid multi-state movements, managing fleet vehicles, high-level itinerary architecture, and on-site hospitality management.
• Personnel Management: Direct, oversee, and schedule the daily workflows of the firm's secondary Executive Assistant team.
• Strategic Communication: Serve as the primary gatekeeper and liaison between the Founder and high-profile talent, corporate partners, and global executives.
• Social Integration: Attend casual social gatherings, dinners, late-night events, and outings alongside the Founder’s friends and family as a natural, active, and highly personable participant.
• Contingency Domestic Support: Dedicated estate staff handles household operations and pet care. You will only oversee or directly step in to assist with domestic tasks or animal care on an as-needed contingency basis if primary estate staff is absent or unavailable.
• Executive Discretion: Exercise absolute independent judgment on matters of corporate significance regarding the Founder's personal and business schedule.

Because this role features an immersive live-in component and rapid travel, there is zero room for standard corporate rigidity. We are looking for a true companion and trusted extension of the Founder's inner circle.

• The Vibe: Demands a highly relatable, conversational, energetic, and non-stiff interpersonal approach. A streetwear/casual aesthetic is highly preferred over traditional business formal dress.
• High-Proximity Comfort: You must thrive in an immersive, high-proximity environment. You will be living, working, and traveling in close quarters (tour buses, transport vans, crowded backstage dressing rooms, and shared estate environments) 24/7 directly alongside the Founder and his team.

Tour & Residential Rotations

This position requires complete geographical integration alongside the Founder. Candidates must strictly agree to the following timeline:

• Phase 1 (September 2026 - June 2028): 100% on the road. You will be traveling 80% of the time directly alongside the Founder, managing constant, rapid state-to-state rotations (frequently moving states every 1–2 days). You must possess the physical stamina to push through exhausting travel schedules cleanly.
• Phase 2 (July 15, 2028 and Beyond): Immediate transition to a permanent Live-In status. Your structural home base and legal tax domicile will be established in Michigan for a long-term milestone contract duration.
• Annual Rotation Schedule: 7 months in Michigan (Corporate Estate), 2 months in Washington, 1 month in Texas, 1 month split between corporate hubs (Georgia, New York, Colorado, Hawaii), and 1 month of international travel/vacation.

Qualifications & Core Requirements

• Proven Management Experience: 1-2+ years of professional experience directly managing and directing a minimum team size of five (5) or more employees.
• Peer-Level Connection: Strong ability to connect with, support, and align directly with a modern executive and creative peer circle.
• Technical Mastery & Driving: Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite. Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record suitable for operating personal and corporate luxury/tour vehicles.
• Elite Screening: Must pass a mandatory, comprehensive background check, financial credit check, and ongoing corporate drug screening.
• Extreme Discretion: Proven track record of handling highly confidential corporate data, high-net-worth talent relations, and sensitive personal information. Absolute ban on personal social media posting regarding private estate locations or tour logistical movements.

Post-Promotion Total Compensation & Perks Pack

Upon formal acceleration to the Chief of Staff position, JUS Official Services absorbs your living costs, allowing you to save virtually your entire cash income.

• Base Cash Salary: $55,000/year (Exempt from overtime upon executive track promotion).
• 100% Covered Luxury Lodging: Private live-in accommodations provided at all residential properties and tour hotels. Guest or romantic partner visitations are permitted subject to prior, direct clearance from the Founder.
• 100% Covered Sustenance & Items: All daily meals and dining expenses are covered as you will be dining directly with the Founder. A corporate credit card will be provided for reasonable, as-needed personal hygiene, standard hospitality, and daily items.
• Premium Healthcare: Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision insurance through UnitedHealthcare (UHC), fully managed under the corporate policy with 60% employer coverage.
• The 80% Referral Escalator: Access to an elite in-house deal-flow program. For any clients, sales, or business deals you source or facilitate, you retain 80% of the corporate income generated once the client invoice is fully cleared.
