Job description

HawkEye 360 is seeking an accomplished Space Force account executive to lead customer engagement and intimacy, creating business opportunities with the U.S. Space Force. The Space Force Account Executive is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business plan to demonstrate the return on investment for Space Force clients and grow toward Program of Records incorporating HE360 products. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and capturing new business opportunities, expanding key customer relationships, and driving growth within the Defense sector and adjacent organizations.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and execute an engagement strategy to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, shape, and secure strategically relevant long-term business opportunities within the DoD.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key Space Force stakeholders, including senior leadership, acquisition officials, and operational end users.
  • Drive account growth by understanding DoD mission capabilities, specifically involving Space Force operations, and delivering high-impact solutions that leverage HawkEye 360's value.
  • Develop and execute account plans that foster sustainable business growth within the Defense sector.
  • Expand business partnerships within the Space Force ecosystem to enhance market reach and increase opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and evolving DoD procurement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent HawkEye 360 at relevant conferences, trade association meetings, and industry events to promote company products and capabilities.
  • Collaborate across company functions-including finance, legal, engineering, and product development-to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.

Your skills and qualifications:

Essential education and experience:

  • Deep experience and understanding of Space Force and DoD space-related requirements and operational mission growth trajectories.
  • 8+ years of strategic engagement, sales, business development and/or Account Management experience in technology, data, and analytics solutions into US Defense markets.
  • Experience in government contracting and acquisition mechanisms in all territories, including understanding of, applicable procurement law and regulation.
  • Effective communications skills with executive, financial, technical, and user audiences.
  • Experience establishing and managing sales channels and strategic partnerships.
  • Experience with data analytics.
  • Basic understanding of RF technologies, data, and potential applications in government and commercial markets.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical capabilities to customer problems.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated; self-starter; accountable for delivering results.
  • Experience building & maintaining sales presentations & reports in Microsoft Office
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Desirable:

  • Direct experience in technology solutions for DoD combatant commands, Services, or agencies.
  • Experience in remote sensing, SIGINT, ELINT, GIS, and GEOINT solutions.
  • Ability to navigate Defense acquisition programs and influence requirements development.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales operations best practices.
