Now Hiring: Women’s Fitness Coach at Barbell Boutique (Women’s Fitness Studio)

Barbell Boutique, a strength-focused women’s fitness studio, is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Fitness Coach to join our growing team. If you love coaching strong women, thrive in both group and personal settings, and know how to bring energy, with or without a mic, we want to hear from you.

 About the Role

As a coach at Barbell Boutique, you’ll lead small and large group strength training sessions and boot camp sessions designed to empower women through movement. You’ll be part of a supportive team that helps clients get stronger, more confident, and more connected—both to themselves and to each other.

 What We’re Looking For

You are:

  • Confident coaching strength training in both large and small group settings
     

  • Comfortable on a microphone (and just as strong off of it)
     

  • Knowledgeable in basic nutrition coaching and lifestyle guidance
     

  • A great communicator and natural motivator
     

  • Passionate about supporting women of all backgrounds and fitness levels
     

  • A believer in form, function, and building long-term strength,not quick fixes
     

 Preferred Certifications (or in progress):

  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, NSCA,ACSM etc.) Required

  • CPR & AED Certified Required
     

  • Precision Nutrition (Level 1 or higher)
     

  • Pre & Postnatal Fitness Coach certification
     

  • Functional Range Conditioning (FRC)
     

Schedule:

We are currently hiring for both morning and afternoon/evening shifts, rotating Saturday mornings (1 every 4-5 weeks). Please indicate your availability when applying.
