Our clinic is conveniently located in Salinas, CA, known for its rich agricultural roots and close-knit community. You will be working onsite alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals in a supportive environment that values collaboration and respect. We maintain flexible working hours, allowing shifts between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, ensuring that we meet our patients’ needs while also promoting work-life balance for our staff.

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients to assess their health concerns, medical history, and treatment objectives.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans using a variety of acupuncture techniques, herbal remedies, and cupping therapies aimed at promoting healing and wellness.
• Administer acupuncture sessions, carefully performing needle insertions and stimulation while monitoring patient responses to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide informed lifestyle and nutritional guidance as part of a holistic treatment plan that empowers patients in their health journeys.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, including physicians, chiropractors, and physical therapists, to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain thorough and precise patient records, documenting treatment protocols, patient progress, and outcomes for continuous improvement.

Our patients come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide array of conditions, including chronic pain, stress-related disorders, and digestive issues. As an Acupuncturist at Precision Acupuncture, you will play an essential role in developing meaningful therapeutic relationships with them, fostering trust and engagement in their holistic healing process.

• A valid state license and certification as an Acupuncturist, demonstrating compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• A solid foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, encompassing a thorough understanding of acupuncture techniques and treatment protocols.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect effectively with patients and colleagues alike.
• A compassionate approach and commitment to patient-centered care, ensuring that each individual feels valued and understood.
• Engagement in continuous professional development and staying updated with advancements in acupuncture research and techniques.

• A minimum of two years of experience practicing as an Acupuncturist is preferred.
• Experience in working in an integrative healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with additional modalities such as massage therapy or nutritional counseling can enhance your patient care approach.

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 60 to 80 per hour, commensurate with experience. In addition to hourly wage, you will have the opportunity to earn commissions based on practice performance.
