We are looking for a high-energy, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in developing others, delivering great customer experience, and operating with excellence.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead daily operations of a high-volume Drive & Shine location
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
  • Drive sales, memberships, customer service, and site performance
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, and operational goals
  • Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready facility inside and out
  • Lead by example and create a positive, motivated culture
  • Ensure the building, grounds, and landscaping remain spotless and welcoming at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, restaurant, automotive, hospitality, or service industries
  • Strong people leadership and coaching skills
  • Hands-on leader willing to work alongside the team daily

  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions year-round

Physical & Work Environment:
  • Work outdoors in hot, cold, wet, snowy, and changing weather conditions
  • Stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active throughout the shift
  • Perform hands-on cleaning and site upkeep regularly
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed
  • Maintain a fast-paced environment while keeping safety and appearance standards high

Requirements
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions (under the canopy), including extremely hot or cold environments
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Lift and/or carry 25 to 35 pounds regularly
  • Grip, grasp, or twist using hands and wrists regularly
  • Stack, reach, and load items above head height
  • Work a ten-hour shift, if required
  • Bend, crouch, and crawl to perform job duties frequently
  • Understand hazardous communication and safety information
  • Monitor quality of work through visual inspection, if required
  • Understand directions for machine operation
  • Basic computer skills to log information as needed
