We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Media Manager, LATAM to join our expanding local and regional Media teams. As the Media Manager, LATAM, you will be key in developing, executing, and optimizing our media strategy across multiple channels with a specific focus on driving brand awareness and sales. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, manage relationships with media vendors and agencies, and ensure the successful execution of media campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
Leading Day-to-Day Media Management
  • Develop and implement multi-channel media strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals for the French market.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Demand Gen, Category Marketing, Creative, IMC, FP&A) to define campaign media targets, set budgets, and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Serve as the bridge between upper and lower funnel media activation, feeding insights to the performance team and leveraging their learnings to optimize media strategies.
  • Oversee accurate and timely reporting of media campaign performance, ensuring that key metrics and insights are shared with internal stakeholders (e.g., Data team, IMC team).
  • Manage media buying across a variety of channels, including TV, print, digital, and more.
  • Oversee the execution, optimization, and tracking of media campaigns, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and performance expectations.
  • Use marketing analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, DOMO, Attest) to measure campaign performance, optimize ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations that are accessible and understandable for the wider business.
  • Stay updated on the latest advertising trends and technologies, recommending new media opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of future campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and agencies to ensure successful campaign execution and continuous improvement.

Regional Market Management
  • Execute media across Mexico, Brazil, and additional LATAM markets.
  • Adapt regional strategies to local consumer and media landscapes.
  • Support distributor and market marketing teams.

Regional Coordination
  • Coordinate campaign launches across multiple countries.
  • Share best practices and learnings across markets.
  • Maintain regional planning templates and processes.

Financial Management
  • Manage media budgets across multiple currencies.
  • Track regional pacing and forecasts.
  • Support quarterly budget planning and reallocations.

Measurement
  • Work closely with analytics and agencies to leverage and ensure accuracy of regional dashboards and scorecards.
  • Support learning agendas across markets.
  • Leverage MMM, Brand Lift, and platform reporting.

Agency Management
  • Lead day-to-day agency execution.
  • Ensure agencies follow regional governance and reporting standards.
  • Conduct regular optimization reviews.

Capability Building
  • Help implement regional media playbooks.
  • Train and support local marketing teams.
  • Identify new media opportunities across LATAM.

What You'll Bring
Attributes & Skills
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful advertising campaigns across both traditional (TV, print, etc.) and digital channels (paid search, social media advertising, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of various media platforms.
  • Experience in full-funnel marketing activation, with an understanding of how each part of the funnel contributes to overall campaign success.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Nielsen, DOMO, Attest) to track and measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, sales, etc.).
  • Fluency in Portuguese / Spanish as a plus
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the small domestic appliance industry is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • A creative mindset and passion for developing engaging, innovative advertising

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 4+ years of prior experience with media agency management and execution
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
