Global Growth Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on marketing leader to drive global growth, brand awareness, pipeline generation, and revenue acceleration. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of building and executing integrated marketing strategies within high-growth software or SaaS organizations, combining expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, content, social media, and revenue-focused initiatives.

This role will be responsible for developing and scaling marketing programs that directly contribute to business growth while strengthening the company's global market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Revenue Marketing

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with company growth and revenue objectives.
  • Own marketing contribution to pipeline generation, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and optimize marketing funnels, lead generation programs, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and improve key performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.

Digital Marketing

  • Lead global digital marketing initiatives across paid media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, and website optimization.
  • Drive customer acquisition through multi-channel campaigns and performance marketing programs.
  • Utilize analytics and marketing technology platforms to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Social Media & Brand

  • Develop a modern social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, thought leadership, and customer engagement.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to create compelling content and storytelling.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all global marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

Product & Content Marketing

  • Partner with Product teams to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead content marketing initiatives that support awareness, demand generation, and customer education.
  • Develop compelling product narratives for different customer segments and international markets.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global marketing team.
  • Manage agency relationships, marketing budgets, and strategic partnerships.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Present marketing performance, strategic recommendations, and business impact to executive leadership.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • Proven success driving growth and revenue marketing initiatives within a global software, SaaS, or technology organization.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to build marketing programs that generate measurable business results and revenue impact.
  • Experience managing international marketing initiatives across multiple regions and markets.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM platforms, analytics tools, and modern MarTech ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and product-led growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
