Folklore Coffee & Company in Elizabethtown, PA is looking for a part time baker to join our team. Looking for daytime availability, days can be somewhat flexible.

We are located on 1 N Market St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, responsible, creative, and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Making fresh baked goods
  • Creating seasonal baked goods
  • Cross train on food prep
  • Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
  • Label stock and inventory all ingredients
  • Weigh and measure ingredients to be used
  • Cleaning, dishes
  • Team player who can be flexible and enjoys learning
  • Responsibilities may be added or changed depending on the needs of the shop, staffing, or any unknown occurrences that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Baking experience is a plus
  • Kitchen experience
  • Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
