Folklore Coffee & Company in Elizabethtown, PA is looking for a Folklorian to join our team. Each of our employees are trained in each realm of Folklore to provide a better experience for our customers as well as a better work flow. We are located on 1 N Market St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

  •  Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
  • Making sandwiches, running food, cleaning, dishes
  • Making fresh baked goods, creating seasonal baked goods,
  • Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
  • Label stock and inventory all ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Interact with customers regularly and professionally
  • Team player who can be flexible and enjoys learning
  • Working at least two Saturdays a month

Qualifications

  • Experience working with food and drinks
  • High integrity with a great attendance record
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Baking experience is a plus
  • Kitchen experience
