Job description

Tour Escorts greets and guide guests from Waikiki to Wet'n'Wild Hawaii ensuring that guests receive exceptional customer service throughout the park.

Duties are but not limited to the following:

  • Prepares daily manifest.
  • Greet guests and assists in boarding tour buses in Waikiki.
  • Guide guests with exceptional customer service throughout Wet'n'Wild Hawaii with rides, meals and shopping.
  • Assists guests in boarding tour buses for drop-off in Waikiki at the end of day.
Qualifications:
  • Able to speak clearly and understand the Japanese and English language.
  • Have excellent customer service skills and able to problem solve.
  • Travel industry experience preferred.
  • Able to supervise a staff of 2-5 people.
  • Basic computer knowledge required (MS office/ Reservation system).
  • Other duties as assigned.
