Title: Tour Guide
Department: Dodgers 365 Tours
Status: Part-Time, Seasonal
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour*
Reports to: Senior Manager, Tours
*Compensation rates vary based on job-related factors, including experience, job skills, education, and training.
The role of the Tour Guide is to effectively communicate information about Dodger Stadium and Dodger History in an entertaining and informative manner while providing excellent customer service to our fans from around the world.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Dodger Stadium tours
  • Welcome each visitor in a courteous manner as they begin their tour
  • Be knowledgeable about all parts of the stadium that are on the tour route and in the script
  • Work with fellow team members to keep the tour route monitored in an effective manner
  • Share fascinating stories and historical facts about the Dodgers
  • Ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for all tour participants
  • Provide recommendations and tips for tourists visiting the city
  • Demonstrate and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high-energy environment
  • Know which tours are available on a day-to-day basis
  • Escort groups safely through the stadium
  • Ensure the safety of all visitors, staff, and players
  • Assist with D365 and other Special Events including internal requests, specialty tours, and tour events as needed
  • Assist with special requests/duties as needed

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Must be available at least four times a month during the 2026 regular season
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Minimum two years related work experience and/or training in customer service
  • Public speaking/theatrical performance experience preferred
  • Ability to become knowledgeable on all aspects of Dodger Stadium and club

  • Provide exceptional customer service to stadium visitors
  • Possess the ability to conduct all interactions in a professional manner
  • Ability to consistently demonstrate a positive and team-oriented attitude
  • Must be comfortable speaking to a large and diverse audience

  • Ability to be flexible with schedule and daily assignments including weekends, holidays and evenings
  • Able to stand or walk long distances for extended periods of time
  • General knowledge of baseball is a plus
  • Bilingual - Spanish, Korean, Japanese a plus
  • Required to attend preseason training tentatively scheduled for March 1 and 2.
