Job Title: Security Cooperation Operations Integrator Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Part time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Part-Time On-Call Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 50% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: As a CACI Security Cooperation Operations Integrator, you will provide critical expertise at tactical, operational, and strategic levels to support SOUTHCOM and its Strategic Partners across SOUTHCOM Operations, Planning, and Engagement Support (SCOPES) enterprise. * Lead efforts in advancing strategic military cooperation across Latin America.
* Work directly with regional armed forces and Partner Nations to enhance security and defense capabilities.
* Gain exposure to US Embassy operations and contribute to key defense initiatives that strengthen regional security.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), SOUTHCOM Headquarters, SOCSOUTH and security cooperation offices.
* Coordinate and manage international training programs, mobile training teams (MTTs), and security initiatives.
* Influence regional security policy and program execution across multiple Partner Nations. Responsibilities: * Plan and synchronize Mobile Training Team (MTT) across US Embassy Security Cooperation Office stakeholders and Partner Nations.
* Ensure MTT execution aligns with DoD Foreign Clearance Guide requirements, handling APACS submissions and other mission-critical processes. Prepare required documentation in DSCA and SOUTHCOM format for required DSCA systems for Fiscal Year forecasting.
* Monitor the execution of MTTs and Security Cooperation Initiatives, ensuring timely reporting of After-Action Reports (AARs) and Human Rights Training Reports.
* Assist in compiling data for DSCA Congressional Notification submissions regarding USCAP Regional Security Cooperation Initiatives.
* Monitor and coordinate Line of Accounting (LOA) approvals, Mission Coordination Team field appointments, and supply requisitions for mission support.
* Prepare and coordinate Training and Equipment Lists (TELs) and Military Articles and Services Lists (T-MASL) to resource MTTs.
* Create and update Spanish-English staff products, fact sheets, and briefing materials for high-level events.
* Must be available for occasional travel to support regional workshops and training events. Qualifications: Required: * Bachelor's degree and five years of experience. We will also consider candidates with directly relevant experience with coordinating and monitoring the execution of Joint Combined Exchange Training (JCET) and support of US Special Forces execution of the Mission Coordination Team (MCT). Support execution of MTT throughout the SOUTHCOM AOR.
* Spanish fluency at a 3/3 proficiency level (reading, writing, speaking) is required as the principal language for coordination is Spanish. Desired: * Experience in operational coordination within tactical, operational, or strategic-level commands.
* Proven ability to work independently with limited oversight while collaborating effectively in a joint environment.
* At least five years of combined experience (within the past seven years) as a service or Joint Operations or Effects Planner to include support to O-5 level (Battalion, Group, TSOC) SOF units, Commands, or Interagency units. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
