Our 3 operating businesses (The Plex Athletic Club, Sports, and The Penalty Box Bar and Grill) offers 240,000 square feet of entertainment space under one roof where you will find everything you need for fun, fitness, family activities, food & beverage, parties, and social events. Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, the security guard is maintains a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and assets. The Security Guard will be tasked with patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, and responding to security incidents.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Patrol and Surveillance:
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure a visible security presence.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent unauthorized access or activities.
  • Report any suspicious behavior, incidents, or safety hazards promptly.
  • May intervene in any conflicts, verbal or physical

Emergency Response:
  • Respond to emergencies, including but not limited to, medical incidents, fire alarms, and security breaches.
  • Follow established protocols for emergency situations and provide assistance as needed.

Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
  • Assist with directions, information, and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

Report Writing:
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related activities, including incident reports and daily logs.
  • Submit reports to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.

Collaboration with Authorities:
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency services as necessary
  • Provide support and information during investigations
