This position offers flexibility in a primarily remote setting, enabling you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own home while still having access to a supportive outpatient office for in-person meetings when needed. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to understand their mental health needs, establishing a strong therapeutic relationship from the outset.
• Develop tailored therapy plans based on clinical assessments, personalizing treatment to foster client engagement and progress.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, adapting methodologies to suit various client scenarios, and lead group therapy sessions that encourage shared experiences and support.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential patient records using our digital health record system, ensuring the accuracy and security of sensitive information.
• Monitor therapy outcomes, utilizing evidence-based practices to adjust interventions as needed, thereby enhancing treatment effectiveness.
• Connect clients with community resources and therapeutic activities to support their holistic recovery process.
• Document treatment notes and therapy progress in real-time to ensure continuity of care and compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, participating actively in team meetings and case consultations.

You will be working with a diverse population ranging from adolescents to adults, addressing varying mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our client base often includes underserved individuals who appreciate accessible care, ensuring that your contributions can have a meaningful impact on their lives.

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Current independent licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• At least two years of clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health setting.

Experience working within outpatient settings and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be considered advantageous. A background in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or other evidence-based therapies will enhance your ability to meet client needs effectively.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
