Job Description

Responsible for all aspects of ERISA plan administration including Defined Benefit, 403(b), 401(k), and other defined contribution plans; Maintain the plans' qualified status, review of plan documents; help clients resolve operational and regulatory compliance issues relating to qualified and non-qualified plans; Complete plan administration including eligibility determination, preparation of financial statements, allocations of contributions/forfeitures, calculations of vesting percentages, loan and distribution calculations, and preparation of form 5500 and all related schedules;ย 

Perform nondiscrimination testing, including ADP/ACP calculations, refunds, earnings, QNECs, penalties, 414(s), 401(a)(4) etc.; Responsible for answering plan compliance questions from administrators, investment advisors, consultants, and client referral sources.
