You will lead our imaging strategic plans, mentor a talented team of administrators, and ensure our medical teams have the split-second data they need to make critical patient decisions. What You'll Do Day-to-Day
  • Lead & Strategize: Drive the roadmap for our enterprise imaging strategic plans and oversee multiple complex technology projects from start to finish.
  • Mentor & Guide: Act as a leader and mentor to other imaging administrators, fostering a collaborative, high-growth environment.
  • System Maintenance: Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain clinical modalities to keep our diagnostic pipeline running flawlessly.
  • Collaborate: Work closely within a strong matrix team environment, bridging the gap between complex IT infrastructure and frontline clinical workflows.
  • Solve Complex Problems: Utilize your sharp critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve high-stakes technical issues in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring to the Table
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program.
  • Core IT Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant IT or Business Unit experience supporting enterprise technology.
  • PACS Expertise: 5+ years of dedicated PACS administration experience, combining strong technical IT skills with clinical workflow knowledge.
  • Modality Experience: Proven track record configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining clinical modalities.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior team members.
  • Professional Attributes: Exceptional analytical, organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a stellar customer-service mindset.
  • Availability: Flexibility to participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations.

Preferred Technical Experience (Nice to Have):
Experience with any of the following applications will make your application stand out:
  • Core Systems: VNA, Philips Intellispace Rad PACS, Philips Intellispace CV PACS
  • Specialized Modalities: TeraRecon, Rapid.AI, GE Muse, GE Viewpoint, Stryker LifeNet, Hologic, MS PowerShare, PACSGear/Scan, EC2
  • Epic Modules: Epic Radiant, Epic Cupid, Epic Lumens
  • Familiarity with other enterprise imaging software and hardware platforms.
