Job Title: Enterprise Imaging Analyst (Junior Level)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Enterprise Imaging Analyst.

The Enterprise Imaging Analyst supports imaging applications and workflows across a variety of healthcare service lines, primarily outside of Radiology and Cardiology. This role works closely with Sr. analysts, clinicians, vendors, and IT teams to maintain and optimize imaging systems, assist with troubleshooting, and support day-to-day operations.

This position requires regular onsite travel to multiple client locations to support imaging systems, users, and go-live activities.


Job Responsibilities
  • Support imaging applications, including DICOM workflows and modality connectivity, across non-radiology service lines (e.g., dermatology, ophthalmology, endoscopy, surgical imaging, etc.).
  • Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting imaging systems and integrations.
  • Provide frontline support for end users by resolving basic to moderately complex issues and escalating as needed.
  • Work closely with Sr. analysts and project teams to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in system testing, upgrades, and new implementations, including documenting results and validating changes.
  • Help maintain documentation, including workflows, system configurations, and support procedures.
  • Assist with data collection, reporting, and interface validation efforts.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address system issues and enhancements.
  • Provide on-site support at client locations, including go-lives, upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Support training efforts by keeping up to date on system changes and assisting end users as needed.
  • Participate in on-call rotation (as applicable) and assist with after-hours support when required.
  • Follow change management, testing, and quality assurance processes.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to team initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills when working with clinical and technical stakeholders.
  • Build foundational knowledge of enterprise imaging platforms, DICOM standards, and healthcare IT systems.
  • Develop proficiency with desktop tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset while learning in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 0โ€“2 years of experience in healthcare IT, imaging systems, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, applications, or healthcare workflows
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel to multiple onsite locations as required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to PACS, DICOM, or imaging workflows (non-radiology strongly preferred)
  • Experience supporting clinical or healthcare IT applications
  • Familiarity with Epic (nice to have, not required)
  • Experience with system implementations, upgrades, or end-user support
