Make something special out of your skills too.For our location in Houston, TX, we are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) who will play a key role in supporting our sales activities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales process.

Your Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and provide excellent service throughout the sales process
  • Prepare and manage commercial proposals, quotations, contracts, and other customer-related documentation
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data within our CRM and company systems
  • Support the Outside Sales team in developing and implementing business plans aligned with company goals and growth objectives
  • Assist with sales and marketing initiatives by providing relevant market information, reports, and administrative support
  • Prepare commercial presentations and contribute to regular sales reporting and performance analysis.Ensure timely and accurate communication between Sales, Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders
  • Support customers with logistics solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations related to ISO tank containers and Flexitanks
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, management, and corporate teams to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the achievement of departmental sales targets and support the implementation of sales and marketing strategies
  • Assist with regulatory filings and documentation in accordance with industry and governmental requirements
  • Support the development and monitoring of processes, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency
  • Participate in special projects and additional assignments as required
Your Expertise
  • International logistics experience, preferably in the bulk liquid transportation industry
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tank operations or tank container logistics 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience, with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities
  • Solid IT and systems knowledge
