About The Job:

We are looking for a Boutique Director who will be the ultimate leader and brand ambassador of the Boutique. They will have an influential part for building and developing an exceptional team that consistently provides superior client service and ensuring that the boutique exceeds defined performance targets. The Boutique Director should be passionate about creating a client service-oriented environment and coaching and mentoring diverse leaders.

Compensation:

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $138,700 through $175,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
