The team at Coastline is looking to hire a Volumetric Cement Equipment Sales Representative.
Position Overview:
Coastline Equipment is seeking a Volumetric Cement Equipment Sales Representative to drive the growth and success of the CemenTech product line within our dealership. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to influence revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building lasting relationships with customers, and becoming an expert in volumetric concrete technology. As the face of CemenTech, you'll educate contractors, municipalities, and other stakeholders about the benefits of our products, helping them make informed purchasing decisions that positively impact their business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Expertise & Solution Selling - Develop deep knowledge of CemenTech products and effectively communicate value, delivering tailored concrete production solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Sales Collaboration & Execution - Partner with dealership and CemenTech sales teams to drive product presentations, support the sales cycle, and achieve regional sales targets.
  • Business Development - Identify and pursue new opportunities, expand market presence, and grow sales within the assigned region.
  • Financial & ROI Analysis - Conduct and present ROI analyses to demonstrate cost savings and operational benefits, supporting customer purchasing decisions.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Provide exceptional service, build long-term client relationships, and ensure customers have the tools and support needed for success.
  • Brand Representation & Industry Engagement - Promote the CemenTech brand through networking, trade shows, and industry events while continuously expanding product knowledge.

Required Qualifications:
  • Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel 50-75% to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and support product demonstrations.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in solution selling with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to manage customer expectations and close deals effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Multitasking & Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams), internet browsers, and modern business tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Construction industry knowledge or related experience.

Physical Requirements:
  • Driving: Must be able to drive and travel in a vehicle. For the purposes of driving, must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Physical Conditions: Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
