Arnold & Itkin is seeking an experienced AI Strategist to help define and lead the firm's artificial intelligence strategy. This individual will work closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and business teams to identify high-value opportunities for AI and turn those opportunities into practical, measurable solutions.
This is an opportunity to help build the firm's AI strategy from the ground up and influence how AI is used across litigation, legal research, client intake, marketing, and firm operations.
Requirements
  • Develop and execute a firm-wide AI strategy and roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities to improve legal and business workflows through AI and automation.
  • Evaluate, select, and help implement AI platforms and technology vendors.
  • Partner with attorneys and business leaders to drive adoption of AI tools.
  • Establish appropriate AI governance, privacy, security, and responsible-use practices.
  • Measure the impact and ROI of AI initiatives.
  • Advise firm leadership on emerging AI capabilities, opportunities, and risks.

  • Significant experience in AI strategy, applied AI, technology innovation, or digital transformation.
  • Proven ability to take AI initiatives from strategy through implementation.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, automation, and enterprise AI technologies.
  • Strong business judgment and executive communication skills.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving organizational change.
  • Legal, legal tech, or professional-services experience preferred but not required.
