Technical Solutions Consultant

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you'll be instrumental in driving the technical aspects of solutioning throughout the sales process. Your mission: secure the technical win by demonstrating how ZoomInfo's solutions meet the technical and business needs of key personas, including Sales & Marketing and RevOps professionals.

You'll work closely with your aligned Solution Architect and Account Manager to ensure the delivered solution meets the needs and requirements identified during business value consultations.

What You'll Do

  • Technical Execution: Dive into the details of customer requirements and ZoomInfo's product capabilities, ensuring seamless alignment with the solution design. Resolve technical concerns to build client confidence in our solutions.
  • Proof of Solution Design: Deliver the technical proof points that validate product functionality and integration capabilities for prospective customers.
  • Customized Demonstrations: Develop and deliver tailored, live product demos that showcase how our platform solves specific customer challenges.
  • Technical Enablement: Partner with Solution Consultants to complement their solution narratives by proving the technical feasibility and execution of proposed designs.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of ZoomInfo's product suite-including updates, features, and integrations-to stay ahead of customer needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer-specific technical challenges and questions throughout the sales process, providing technical guidance and consultation.
  • Relationship Building: Establish trust with technical stakeholders to enable smoother, more efficient sales cycles.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Solution Consultants, Product Management, Product Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or technical sales experience in SaaS or Enterprise technology
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and quickly grasp technical concepts
  • A customer-obsessed approach with a knack for solving problems through technology
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience with technical business documentation such as workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, and RFPs/RFIs
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) or marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua)
  • Experience with APIs to connect applications or data for customized, complex use cases is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data or GTM software solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo products or similar go-to-market platforms
